Terms and Conditions

For Ready Stock Items

1.  All ready stock items will be sent out within 1 ~ 2 working days after 
     confirmation of payment.

2.  Ready stock items code starts with R XXXX (i.e, R 1301).

3.  Cancellation is not allowed after making payment.

4.  All items are 100% new.

For Pre-Order Items

1.  Pre-order items closing date is every 15^th and 30^th  of every month.

     For example :  If you purchase pre-order items before/by 15^th July or 
                           30^th July 2012, you may receive your  items around 
                           14 working days from the closing date.

2.  The arrival period does not include weekend and public holiday.

3.  All pre-order items code starts with  P  XXXX(i.e, P 0133).

4.  If the pre-order items you ordered is out of stock,

     a)  you may choose to buy any other ready stock items or pre-order items,

OR

     b)  we will 100%  refund to your bank account (Please note that RM 2.00 will 
          be deducted for non-Maybank and Public Bank account).

5.  Cancellation is not allowed after making payment.

6.  All items are 100% new. Please DON'T  place an order if you are not willing to wait.
